About — Kalden Doma

Born to Build, Not to Follow

From a young age I looked at life differently. School never made much sense, but listening and problem-solving became my compass. I worked as a waiter, travel agent, teacher and designer — each role sharpening resilience and empathy.

Guided by Great Masters

I was introduced to Buddhist philosophy and meditation at a young age. Meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama when I was six left a lifelong impression — he blessed me and reminded me that every life is precious.

“Don’t believe what I say — experience it yourself.”

These encounters and the teachings of my family’s monastery in Kalimpong shaped both my practice and my approach to teaching.

Where Business Meets Balance

Spirituality and entrepreneurship are partners. Without inner clarity, external success is shallow. Without structure, flow dissolves. My work integrates both — helping people live fully and honestly while building sustainable success.

Science

Inquiry, evidence and structure inform how we test what works.

Mindfulness

Presence, compassion and observation grow through practice.

Experience

Wisdom is lived — not only learned from books.

Rooted in Tibetan Wisdom

My grandfather built a monastery in Kalimpong with the blessings of His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche. Tibetan teachings informed my training in meditation, yoga and philosophy.

Be Your Authentic Self

Growth is about curiosity, courage and consistent practice — not perfection. When you show up fully, your gifts can transform others.
