Kalden or her team of teachers, coaches will coach/ teach you to rediscover and transform your inner world through her life transforming programs that are specifically created for you.
To see results we want from you is to commit, be open minded when participating in Kalden’s coaching, events, teaching and courses.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order on our website. By submitting an order through the website, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

1.Your Contract with Us
To purchase any products for sale on our website, you need to submit a completed order and make full payment for that order using the payment system provided. Please provide a valid email address otherwise we will not be able to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be confirmed automatically by email once the payment has been processed. This email constitutes your order confirmation.
2.PRODUCTS AND GOODS
A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You have 14-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 14th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 15th day of purchase, no refund will be issued.
B. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have 14-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. If the request is received on or before the 14th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request you will receive a full refund; otherwise, no refund will be issued. We will cover return shipping on orders within the India (any orders outside the India are responsible for any and all return shipping, tariff, custom or other related charges).
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE india)
If returning an item, please contact customer service@kaldendoma.com within the stated return period, who will provide you instructions for returning your product(s).You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only.

Process Time
The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Once received, we will process the refund within one week and your funds should appear within 2 weeks of the return being processed.

Have insurance
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what the charges are (if any). Any duties incurred shall be paid by you.

5.Shipping & Delivery

Orders usually ship within 5 working days. This isn’t guaranteed, but we try our best. If you have an urgent order, please email us and let us know what you need. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. All delivery times quoted are estimated times and are subject to inventory availability. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, accidents, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of Government action, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address, notify us of any change of address or to be present to receive the delivery. Any and all costs of redelivery is to be borne by you.
If inventory is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect the items ordered to come into stock. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait or if you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us. We will refund you the money paid for any goods which cannot be supplied.
-Shipping to the European Union
Shipments to the European Union may be subject to VAT with effect from July 1, 2021. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay the VAT levied by individual EU member states and the disbursement fee charged by the courier services.
We will not entertain requests for returns, refunds or cancellations due to failure to comply with these requirements. We reserve the right to seek compensation from you as a result of any additional charges that may be incurred due to non-payment of VAT.
*EU countries (at the time of writing): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
– Shipping to the United Kingdom
Shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT with effect from January 1, 2021. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay the VAT levied by HM Revenue and Customs. If you are a registered user, you can add your VAT Tax ID to your account information.
We will not entertain requests for returns, refunds or cancellations due to failure to comply with these requirements. We reserve the right to seek compensation from you as a result of any additional charges that may be incurred due to non-payment of VAT.

6.Price
The price you pay for the goods are all quoted in US dollars.
The price of the goods excludes the cost of packaging and delivery. These charges are specified separately. We reserve the right to adjust the price of any products on this website without notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shopkaldendoma.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., The address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is confirmed.


7.Track Your Order
Login to your account to view the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed along with the status of your order. We are not responsible for lost packages for which no tracking was purchased. If you need further assistance tracking your order.

8.Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time if they have not yet been shipped out or fulfilled. A cancellation fee of 20% will be imposed on the sale value of products, shipping and handling fees.

9. Return and Exchange
We at want to help and be service mind with your product at Kalden Doma shop.
Defective products
We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 3 days from the date of delivery, with the following conditions:
You need to contact us byemail to report the problem.
You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right not to accept their return and your payment will not be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you pack them carefully, obtain proof of shipping, and arrange appropriate insurance.
Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, we will refund your payment for the goods at the price of the items as stated on your invoice and the delivery charges.
We reserve the right to replace defective items, rather than refund your payment.

Non-Returnable Purchases
We do not offer returns or refunds on the following:
discounted products/services
products/services on promotion
products/services purchased with coupon codes
products/services redeemed with gift cards
downloaded material such as audio meditations


This does not affect your right to return incorrect or damaged goods – see below.
Incorrect or Damaged products
If the goods delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered, if items you ordered are missing from your order, or if we shipped damaged items, you may return such goods to us. You need to contact us by email within 3 days from the date of delivery. All such returns must be made in their original condition with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. We can only accept the return of goods if they are faulty or damaged.
Upon receipt of the goods in question, and following an examination of them, we will credit you with an appropriate refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
We reserve the right to replace incorrect or damaged goods, rather than refund your payment.
Exchanges
We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products.
If, however, you have received an item that is defective or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. But if the we do not offer exchanges of products or services after orders are placed. If your order has not shipped, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy. If your order has shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

11. Complaints
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us specifying the nature of the problem. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
