The majority of our herbal preparations are handmade using premium ingredients, including Himalayan. Tibetan Medicine practitioners regularly work with a combination of ethically grown or wildcrafted herbs and traditional Himalayan formulae.
The Tibetan tradition uses a unique system of meridians and energy centers rooted in tantric Buddhist physiology and their own scientific research.
The appointment will include:
⦁ Tongue analysis
⦁ Discussion of medical history
⦁ Review of health issues and concerns
⦁ Constitutional analysis
⦁ Individualised health plan, including: nutritional and behavioural recommendations, traditional herbal formulas, manual therapies (i.e. compress therapy, moxibustion, etc.)
⦁ Tibetan healing yoga, meditation, and ritual techniques
⦁ You will be asked to email your medical records if necessary.
All of our herbal preparations are lovingly made following of traditional Tibetan and blessed by His Holiness Dalai lama.
