Hi, I’m Kalden
I’m an entrepreneur, writer, spiritual guide, and fearless optimist dedicated to helping people rediscover their inner strength and create the life they truly want. Born and raised in India, my journey began with nothing more than a passion to understand people and a dream to help them live with purpose. Over the last 20 years, I have taught, coached, and guided thousands of individuals through seminars, training programs, and coaching sessions designed to unlock resilience, clarity, and authentic happiness. Today, through my academy, online courses, books, and live events, I continue to share tools that empower people to transform challenges into opportunities and live fulfilled, balanced lives.

From a young age, I looked at life differently. At six years old, I could already sense people’s struggles and wanted to help them. While school never made much sense to me, my natural gift for listening and problem-solving became my compass.
Alongside my studies, I worked in many different roles—waiter, travel agent, teacher, fashion designer—each experience sharpening my skills in resilience, empathy, and adaptability. Eventually, I realized that entrepreneurship gave me the freedom to combine creativity, business, and my deeper purpose: helping others.
Buddhism & My Spiritual Path
I grew up surrounded by great yogis and spiritual teachers who often visited my family home. With their blessings, I was introduced early to Buddhist philosophy, meditation, and compassion practices.
For me, Buddhism is not a religion but a path of self-discovery. The Buddha himself taught: “Don’t believe what I say—experience it yourself.” This philosophy shaped my life and my approach to teaching.
I believe every person is responsible for their own actions—body, speech, and mind. A good teacher can guide you, but ultimately, you must create your own path.
I have been fortunate to meet inspiring teachers, including His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Our first meeting, when I was just six years old, left a lasting impression—he blessed me and reminded me that every life is precious, so never harm even the smallest being. Years later, I had the honor of meeting him again in Europe. During that meeting, when I mentioned my grandfather, His Holiness immediately recognized him and recalled visiting the monastery my grandfather had built. With warmth and encouragement, he advised me to deepen my study of Buddhist philosophy. His guidance became a turning point in my spiritual journey, reminding me to walk this path with sincerity and discipline.
Life Lessons: Bridging Business & Spirituality
Some people think spirituality and entrepreneurship are opposites. I see them as deeply connected. Without inner balance, no business can thrive; and without financial stability, one cannot walk the spiritual path in today’s world.
In a world that constantly seeks proof for everything, I believe that not all truths can be measured — some must be lived, felt, and experienced before they can be understood. I see and value both science and spirituality — not as opposites, but as two ways of exploring the same truth.
